We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and student-focused professionals to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a passion for guiding students toward their career in hospitality.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Admission Officers and Managers at IIHM and for IIHS in Kolkata, Siliguri, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Udaipur , Ahmedabad, Shillong, Coorg, Dehradun  and Nepal The role involves handling international admissions, communicating with prospective students, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth education transition for students.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel and guide prospective students about our courses, career opportunities, and admission process.
  • Organize and participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
  • Maintain and update student databases, follow-up regularly with prospects.
  • Meet admission targets within the given timelines.
  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admissions operations


Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (Hotel Management background preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or educational sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
