Job Description

  • Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous flow of leads through ATL and BTL marketing activities, including school seminars, town seminars, and residential events
  • Visit schools and meet with principals, coordinators, and management for business development
  • Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience
  • Build partnerships with local tuition teachers to explore and convert business opportunities
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and operational compliance

Role Requirements

  • Calm, empathetic, and persuasive in handling customers
  • Strong networking and presentation skills to lead seminars
  • Comfortable working with sales-related software and composing professional emails
  • Fluent in English and regional language
  • Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking

Qualification

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
