Location: Sri Chaitanya Academy Offline Centre (Infinity Learn Initiative)
Job Overview:The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process for various programs (JEE, NEET, Foundation 8th to 10th). The role requires strong communication skills, counselling ability, and a results-driven mindset to achieve monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Student & Parent Counselling- Counsel students and parents on courses offered (JEE/NEET/Foundation).
- Understand the student's academic background, career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions at the centre and over phone calls.
2. Lead Management & Follow-Ups- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and incoming leads from marketing and outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to convert them into admissions.
- Maintain lead trackers and update CRM (PeopleStrong/Propelled) as required.
3. Admissions Processing- Explain the admission process, fee structure, scholarship details, and documentation requirements.
- Assist students in form filling, payment processing (including JodoFlex), and enrolment completion.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow proper documentation protocols.
4. Centre-Level Coordination- Coordinate with academic teams for demo classes, faculty interactions, and counselling support.
- Assist in organising admission days, parent meets, and centre events.
- Work closely with the Centre Head for target achievement and reporting.
5. Sales & Target Achievement- Meet weekly and monthly admission targets set by the centre.
- Influence conversions through strong follow-ups, trust-building, and professional communication.
- Provide timely reports on enquiries, conversions, and pending leads.
Skills & Qualifications:Required:- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools).
Preferred:- Experience in coaching/ed-tech (JEE/NEET/Foundation) environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
