Job Description

Role Overview: Admission Officer

The Admission Officer plays a key role in generating leads, conducting field marketing activities, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective counselling. This role involves regular interaction with schools, parents, students, and local influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Drive admissions through ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing initiatives, such as school seminars, town hall events, and residential area promotions.
  • Business Development:
  • Visit schools and meet with principals, coordinators, and management to build strong institutional relationships and increase outreach.
  • Counselling & Conversion:
  • Conduct home visits to provide personalized counselling to students and parents, guiding them towards suitable programs and converting leads into enrollments.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Collaborate with local tuition teachers and influencers to strengthen brand presence and generate referrals.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence:
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to all internal policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
  • Fluency in English and local language(s)
  • Comfortable with travel and public speaking engagements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Preferred: B.Tech / MBA / Master's in Psychology, Education, or related fields

Experience:

  • Experience in student counselling or career guidance in the education industry
  • Prior B2C sales experience in any sector is a strong advantage
