Job Description

  • Generate admissions through ATL and BTL activities such as school seminars, residential events, and town halls
  • Conduct school visits to meet with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers for business development
  • Visit student homes to counsel parents and close admissions with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Build a strong referral network by engaging with local tuition teachers
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements

Key Requirements

  • Calm, empathetic customer handling with strong persuasion abilities
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills for seminars
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email writing, and CRM or sales-related tools
  • Fluent in English and a regional language
  • Willing to travel extensively and engage in public speaking

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
