Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Manager role based at IWP Academy – Corporate in New Delhi. The Admission Manager will oversee the end-to-end admissions process, including handling inquiries, counseling prospective students and families, conducting campus walkthroughs or information sessions, and guiding applicants through documentation and enrollment. The role involves planning and executing admission drives, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and maintaining accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions. The Admission Manager will also track admission targets, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to management to support outreach and marketing activities. Regular interaction with students, parents, and external stakeholders is required to ensure a positive, professional, and service-oriented admission experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong student counseling and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, parents, and guardians.
  • Proficiency in admissions operations, including lead management, application processing, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to coordinate admission-related activities and events.
  • Data-handling and reporting skills, including basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and use of CRM or admission management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education management, particularly in institutes or colleges, is highly desirable.
