Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission cum Academic Counselor based in Indore. The primary responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admission process, providing academic advising and career counseling, and addressing queries about the courses offered. The counselor will also ensure a smooth onboarding process for admitted students and maintain accurate records for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to support and guide students effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Career Counseling and creating personalized academic plans for students.
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly JEE and NEET curricula.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an educational environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in Indore in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Empathy and a student-first approach to providing guidance and support.
