About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Admission Counselor / Academic Counselor to guide prospective students and help them choose the right academic programs offered by our partner universities.
This role involves handling
both inbound and outbound leads and converting inquiries into successful enrollments through consultative counseling.
Candidates from
EdTech / Education Sales / Admission Counseling background will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound student inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls to interested leads
- Understand student profiles, career aspirations, and eligibility
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission process
- Guide students through the complete enrollment journey
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets (achievable with structured training guidance)
- Deliver a professional and positive counseling experience
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Prior experience in Academic Counseling / Admission Counseling / Education Sales / EdTech Sales / Inside Sales
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Target-oriented with a consultative approach
- Comfortable with both inbound outbound calling
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Education / EdTech preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
