Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor at The Lalit Suri Hospitality School, located in Faridabad. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including providing comprehensive information about programs and assisting with enrollment. The role involves maintaining effective communication, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting enrollment targets through outreach, counseling sessions, and relationship-building. Additionally, the Admission Counselor will support the admissions team with event coordination and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management
• Sales acumen, including the ability to meet targets and motivate prospective students
• A background or interest in education and working in an academic environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-driven team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service
• Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism industry is a plus
