Role Objective:

As an Admission Counselor at Texas Review, you will be the strategic architect of a student's global education. You will manage the journey from initial inquiry to university enrollment, providing expert guidance on international career paths while meeting ambitious enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Expert Consulting & Shortlisting: Conduct high-impact tele-counseling and in-person sessions to shortlist suitable universities in the USA, UK, and Ireland based on student profiles.

·        Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong student relationships by providing clarity on university options, application requirements, and global career roadmaps.

·        Process Coordination: Act as the bridge between students, partner universities, and internal backend teams to ensure a seamless, error-free admission process.

·        Lead Pipeline Mastery: Execute diligent follow-ups and maintain 100% accurate records in the CRM to ensure no lead is left behind.

·        Event & Visit Coordination: Lead university events and coordinate high-value student appointments for university visits and representative interactions.

·        Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics to senior management to optimize conversion strategies.

·        Strategic Execution: Support the activity calendar to consistently achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets within strict deadlines.

·        Market Growth: Identify new marketing opportunities and collaborate with the local team to foster a positive, high-performance work culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

·        Experience: 3–4 years in Overseas Education or high-ticket sales consulting.

·        The Closer Instinct: Proven ability to handle objections and close enrollments on the spot.

·        Expert Knowledge: Deep familiarity with points-based systems and admission laws for the USA, UK, and Europe.

·        Communication: Exceptional English fluency (compulsory) with the ability to influence and persuade.
