Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview :
We are looking for a result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and drive enrolments for UG & PG online degree programs. The role involves counselling, lead follow-ups, conversions, and student onboarding through calls and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :
Counsel students on suitable UG & PG online degree programs.
Explain eligibility, course details, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
Follow up with leads and achieve assigned conversion and enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for documentation and onboarding.

Eligibility & Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; Master's degree is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
2–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, higher education, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
Fluent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati; strong English is essential.
Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
Strong counselling, follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
