Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and student-centric Admission Counsellor to join our center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IIT-JEE counselling and will be responsible for managing front-desk queries and conducting on-call counselling sessions for prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in inquiries at the front desk.
• Counsel students and parents on Physicswallah's IIT-JEE coaching programs and admission process.
• Conduct on-call counselling to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background and aspirations.
• Manage and update student data in CRM or internal systems.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of students by coordinating with academic and operations teams.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all prospective students.
• Participate in seminars, open houses, and promotional events as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Science background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in academic/admission counselling (IIT-JEE counselling preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling student queries both in-person and over the phone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
