Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. As an Admission Counselor, you will provide guidance to students and parents, assist in the college selection process, and address queries regarding courses, fees, admissions, and eligibility criteria. You will build strong relationships through effective communication, deliver outstanding customer service, and support prospective students in making well-informed decisions. Additionally, you will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets by showcasing the value of suitable educational programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and professionals.
• Expertise in Customer Service to deliver seamless experiences and address inquiries effectively.
• Sales skills to promote educational programs and meet enrollment targets.
• A background in Education or knowledge of higher education systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
