Admission Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor with 1–2 years of experience in sales or counseling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their requirements, and driving enrollments for our academic programs and courses.

Location : Santosh Nagar , Hyderabad 

• Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about available courses and programs.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic options.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve individual enrollment and sales targets.
• Assist students throughout the admission and registration process.
• Maintain strong communication and build long-term relationships with prospective students.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission procedures.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads into enrollments.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads efficiently.
