Job Description: Admission Counselor cum Telecaller

Numen Eduservices is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counselor cum Telecaller to join our team. This role is crucial in driving student admissions and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling & Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Numen Eduservices programs and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly.
  • Admission Counseling:Provide comprehensive information about courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
  • Counsel students and parents on career options and educational pathways.
  • Address student queries and concerns effectively.
  • Guide students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Conduct face-to-face and online counseling sessions.
  • Sales & Target Achievement:Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Convert leads into successful admissions.
  • Promote and sell Numen Eduservices programs and services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events.
  • Handle data entry as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and parents.
