Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

· Have an interest in education. like to tutor understudies. A talent for deals and situating a thought.

· Comfortable making cold calls and talking to maximum numbers of customers per day. Should be able to handle large call volumes (inbound and outbound)

· Generate Applications by counselling prospects and converting them to Enrolments. Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support.

· Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals

· Respond quickly to assigned leads

· Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.

· Maintaining of proper records relating to admissions through CRM software.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: -

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

· 2+ Year of experience is required

· Multilingual candidates will be given preference

· Ability to call, connect and interact with potential students & Parents.

· Customer focus with the good convincing ability and confident personality.

· Edtech or Education background is highly desirable.

Qualification: Any graduate degree/Post Graduate degree with relevant experience.
