Job Description

We are looking for a mature, target-driven Admission Counsellor with proven experience in high-ticket regular MBA / postgraduate admissions.

This is a consultative sales & closing role—not a tele-calling job.

Key Responsibilities

Drive admissions from enquiry → counselling → NFET → Interview → follow-up → enrollment.
Counsel students and parents on GCC School, programs, career opportunities and NFET.
Build trust, handle objections and close high-ticket admissions.
Own monthly revenue and admission targets.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline and admission pipeline.
Ensure 100% CRM hygiene, reporting and accurate forecasting.
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to maximise conversions.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–8 years of experience in high-ticket education admissions.
Qualification: MBA – Finance / Marketing preferred.
Candidate Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) Only
Proven track record in regular MBA / premium postgraduate admissions.
Strong communication, counselling, negotiation and closing skills.
Highly target-oriented, commercially driven and professionally mature.
Comfortable dealing with students, parents and high-value career decisions.
