Role Description

Drive student acquisition and conversion by managing end-to-end admission counselling, lead nurturing, and enrollment closure while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound student leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins)
  • Counsel prospective students on courses, career paths, and institutional offerings
  • Qualify leads and map student needs with the right programs
  • Drive conversion from inquiry → application → enrollment
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a strong pipeline
  • Handle admission documentation, application processing, and onboarding support
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless admissions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and update lead status regularly

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 0–3 years experience in admissions, counselling, or inside sales (education sector preferred)
