Role Description The Admission Counselor - Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The counselor will interact with prospective students and families, providing information about study abroad options, university programs, admission requirements, and application timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and assisting with application forms and documentation. The role involves guiding students through entrance requirements, coordinating with internal teams for application and visa processing, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in the CRM or tracking systems. The counselor will also participate in seminars, events, and outreach activities, follow up with prospective students, and support the team in achieving enrollment targets while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel students and engage with families effectively.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a supportive experience throughout the admission process.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, meet enrollment targets, and promote suitable programs without compromising transparency or ethics.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Education systems and study abroad processes to guide students on universities, courses, and eligibility criteria.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor's degree in any discipline, comfort with MS Office and online tools, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow in the international education sector.
