Admission Counselor

Salary : Upto 3 LPA + Performance Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through our admission process. The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound/inbound calling, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents

Counsel students about courses, eligibility, admission process & benefits

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

Convert enquiries into successful admissions

Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in CRM

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets

Handle student queries and provide excellent customer experience

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Freshers to 1 year experience in calling / telecalling / sales / counselling

Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language preferred)

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Willingness to work in a sales and performance-driven environment
