Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor who can engage with potential students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them towards the most suitable technology courses offered by Hackveda. The role involves lead conversion, student counseling, and relationship management ensuring every learner finds the right pathway for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students via calls, messages, or virtual meetings to understand their learning goals and recommend appropriate courses.
  • Convert leads from various campaigns and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Counsel students regarding career opportunities in technology fields such as Cyber Security, Data Science, Python, and Data Analytics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Follow up with potential learners and assist in the enrollment process.
  • Maintain detailed reports on student interactions, conversions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with mentors and course coordinators to align counseling efforts with program objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (CS/IT) or a related technical discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in EdTech sales, admission counseling, or student engagement roles will be a strong plus.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of technology-based learning programs
  • Passion for education and student career development
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and empathetic toward learners
