Position: Admission Counselor

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses and admissions.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Guide students through the admission process.
• Explain course details, fees, and eligibility criteria.
• Maintain student records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Resolve student queries and provide support.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in counseling, tele sales, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
