Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor cum Tele Counselor based in New Delhi. The role involves managing the admission process, counseling prospective students and their families, and handling inbound and outbound inquiries. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about the institute's courses, answering student queries, guiding students in choosing suitable programs, and assisting them with the admission process. This role also includes taking follow-ups with potential applicants, ensuring proper communication, and contributing to meeting enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and families.
- Customer Service and ability to maintain positive relationships with applicants and stakeholders.
- Background in Sales and proficiency in converting leads to admissions.
- Understanding of the Education domain and related counseling practices.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field; prior experience as an Admission Counselor or Tele Counselor will be advantageous.
