As an Admission Counselor, you will work full-time on-site at our Jaipur center, assisting prospective students in making informed decisions about their Civil Services preparation. Your daily responsibilities will include guiding students about courses, conducting counseling sessions, addressing inquiries, managing admissions processes, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective students. Additionally, you will play a role in promoting the academy's offerings to ensure effective enrollment growth.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and team members
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and encourage enrollment in suitable programs
• Understanding of the Education sector, particularly Civil Services preparation, is highly valued
• Proficiency in counseling and mentoring techniques to help students achieve their academic goals
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Experience in a similar role, especially in the education or test preparation industry, is an advantage
