Salary: 2.5 – 5 LPA (Based on Experience)

Experience: 1–5 Years

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admissions.
• Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, and lead follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with good computer and CRM knowledge.
