Company Description Vishwavedha School of Thoughts, established in 2018, is a growing educational institution serving more than 80 students with a dedicated team of 10 teaching staff. Located amid the scenic surroundings of Arattupuzha, the school attracts learners from around the world through both online and on-site programs. The institution focuses on holistic, 360-degree development by supporting students in academics, counseling, and career planning. It offers coaching for learners from age three up to professional courses such as CA, CMA, and ACCA. Role Description: The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, responsible for guiding prospective learners and their families through the admission process. This role involves responding to inquiries, explaining programs and services, and supporting applicants from initial contact through enrollment. The Admission Counsellor will maintain accurate records of leads and admissions, coordinate with teaching staff to understand course offerings, and ensure a welcoming, informative experience for all visitors. Daily activities include follow-up communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings, participation in outreach events, and collaboration with the team to meet admission targets while upholding the institution's student-centric values.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff effectively.
• Customer service skills to provide a supportive, responsive, and informative admission experience.
• Sales skills to effectively present programs, address concerns, and support prospective learners in decision-making.
• Education-related understanding or experience to explain course structures, learning pathways, and career prospects.
• Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or educational services is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and communication tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; qualifications in counseling, education, or related fields are an advantage.
