Admission Counsellor

Key Deliverables:

• Facilitate full admission lifecycle including follow-ups and enrolments
• Convert inbound leads across phone, email, and social platforms
• Maintain accurate data on ERP for all lead and conversion activities
• Achieve and exceed enrolment and revenue targets regularly

Role Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective parents with clear, in-depth information
• Manage objections and improve conversion through personalized follow-ups
• Keep consistent communication from lead stage to student onboarding
• Ensure adherence to internal tools, process flow, and data standards
