Position: Sr. Admission Counsellor (Sales)Location: Noida.Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Academic Sales / EdTech preferred)
Salary: Best as per company standards + Incentives.
Potential: To grow/become Manager in 6 months.
Roles & Responsibilities• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs.
• Converting potential leads to successful admissions through effective communication.
• Understand students educational needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Conduct telephonic/video counselling sessions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales & admissions targets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain and update CRM records for all interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize admissions.
Qualifications & Skills• Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in admission counselling / EdTech sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build trust and handle objections effectively.
• Target-driven, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with online tools, MS Office, and CRM systems.
