Role Description: The Business Counsellor at LearnSynaptic is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Kothurd. The person in this role will guide prospective learners through program offerings, assess their goals and backgrounds, and recommend suitable AI learning paths. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, explaining course structures and outcomes, supporting enrollment decisions, and following up with leads to ensure timely assistance. The role also involves collaborating with the academic and operations teams to align counselling with program updates, tracking counselling metrics, and providing feedback on learner needs and market trends. The Business Counsellor is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools and contribute to a positive, professional experience for all prospective and current learners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand learner profiles, interpret data, and support data-driven counselling decisions.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to guide learners, structure problem-solving conversations, and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms, build trust, and conduct effective consultations.
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance understanding to discuss program pricing, payment options, and return-on-investment considerations with learners.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, or client-facing consulting roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple consultations per day, and use CRM or similar tools to maintain accurate records.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a learner-centric mindset, and interest in AI, technology, or education will be highly beneficial.
