Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in exploring educational programs and career opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include counseling potential candidates, assisting them throughout the enrollment process, providing guidance on higher education and upskilling programs, collaborating with universities and career partners, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Admission Counsellor plays a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their aspirations through tailored advice and support.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective counseling and client interaction
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with students, professionals, and partner institutions
• Knowledge of higher education programs, career trends, and upskilling opportunities
• Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in education counseling or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field is preferred
