This is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum for the role of Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, including counseling them on university and program selection, providing detailed information about visa requirements, and assisting with the application process. Additional tasks include maintaining effective communication with students through various stages of their application, offering outstanding customer service, and contributing to sales targets by handling inquiries efficiently and professionally. This role demands a commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals while representing the organization with integrity.

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and academic institutions
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to provide a supportive and empathetic approach to address student concerns
• Experience in sales, with a focus on promoting educational services and achieving targets
• Knowledge of global educational systems and processes, along with an understanding of visa application procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or Social Sciences
• Prior experience in education consultancy, admissions, or related fields is an advantage
