Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, warm, and target-driven Admissions Counsellor to guide parents through the school admission journey. If

you can build trust with parents instantly, understand what they value in a school, and convert visits into confirmed admissions — this role

is for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet and counsel prospective parents through in-person visits, phone calls, and WhatsApp follow-ups

* Conduct engaging school tours and present the school's programmes and vision

* Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through relationship-based counselling

* Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracker

* Work toward and achieve monthly admission targets

* Coordinate with front office and academic teams for a seamless parent experience

Required Profile

* Fluent in English and Hindi — warm, confident, and natural in communication

* Prior experience in school admissions, sales counselling, or parent-facing roles

* Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline

* Education sector experience preferred
