Admission Counsellor -Medical Coding Program

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor for the Medical Coding Course at CLINI INDIA®, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the course admission process, providing detailed information about the medical coding program, and assisting with enrollment. The Admission Counsellor will also collaborate with the education team to implement effective counseling strategies, address queries from students and parents, and contribute to achieving admission targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
• Strong Customer Service and support capabilities to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales to drive admissions and meet targets.
• A background in Education and educational counseling is an advantage.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in admissions is preferred.
