This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admission Counsellor located in Varanasi. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students, provide guidance on available courses, and conduct consultations to understand their educational and career needs. Responsibilities include assisting with the enrollment process, building strong relationships through effective communication and customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the institute's offerings.

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management
• Knowledge of Sales principles and the ability to apply them in an educational context
• Understanding of the education sector and course counseling experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
• Proactive and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
