Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Handle inquiries from parents regarding school admissions, courses, fees, and programs.
• Counsel parents and provide complete information about the school and its offerings.
• Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and coordinate school visits, campus tours, and admission meetings.
• Convert inquiries and leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update admission records.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
• Coordinate with teachers and branch staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Handle parents queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and admission campaigns when required.
