Admission Counsellor

The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about various courses and programs, conducting consultations, and assisting candidates in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. The Admission Counsellor will also collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless experience for students.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Experience and proficiency in Customer Service
• Ability to engage in Sales activities, including providing guidance for enrollment
• Knowledge of the Education sector and career counseling
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Organizational skills to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required; experience in education counseling is a plus
