We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor for our CBSE & IB School located on Ajmer Rd, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing them with comprehensive information about our school programs and fostering a positive relationship with the community.
Responsibilities
- Counseling prospective students and parents regarding admission processes and school programs.
- Conducting presentations and information sessions about the school curriculum, including CBSE and IB.
- Managing inquiries and follow-ups with prospective families through various communication channels.
- Assisting in the preparation of admission materials and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records of student applications and admissions data.
- Coordinating with school staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participating in school events and fairs to promote the school and attract new students.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with CBSE and IB curriculum is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with families.
