Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to potential students, helping them navigate the admission process, and matching them with appropriate face-to-face and online learning programs. Daily tasks include offering informational sessions, responding to inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service, achieving enrollment goals through outreach and sales efforts, and maintaining accurate records of client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and aptitude for understanding student needs
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to guide and persuade potential enrollees
• Background in Education or familiarity with skill development programs
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Education, or related areas
