As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable educational programs that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their educational needs and aspirations. - Provide detailed information about various academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. - Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote our programs. - Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, workshops, and seminars to attract potential students. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting prospective students. - Track and report on student inquiries and admissions data to help improve recruitment strategies. Required Skills: - Strong background in B2B sales and educational sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of franchise sales and acquisition processes is a plus. - Familiarity with IT sales and technology-driven educational solutions.
