Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell Doctyn Academy's medical education programs.
- Counsel prospective learners by understanding their career goals and recommending the most suitable courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Provide end-to-end support to candidates throughout the counselling, admission, and enrollment process.
- Stay updated on healthcare education trends, course offerings, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve overall organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Strong motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Positive attitude with strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience in inside sales, education counselling, or EdTech sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
