Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell Doctyn Academy's medical education programs.
  • Counsel prospective learners by understanding their career goals and recommending the most suitable courses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Provide end-to-end support to candidates throughout the counselling, admission, and enrollment process.
  • Stay updated on healthcare education trends, course offerings, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve overall organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in inside sales, education counselling, or EdTech sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
