Requirements

- 2-5 years in admissions, counseling, or BPO environments.
- Outstanding communication and people skills with a focus on students.
- Solid persuasion and problem-solving skills to effectively support students.
- Comfort working solo or in teams amid high-pressure settings.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Outreach: Engage prospective students and families online or face-to-face to share details on our institution and courses.
- Goal Evaluation: Assess students academic ambitions, interests, and needs to suggest the best program fits.
- Application Support: Guide applicants step-by-step through the process with straightforward advice and assistance.
- Relationship Management: Foster lasting connections with students and parents to earn trust and confidence.
- Performance Goals: Hit or surpass personal enrollment targets while boosting team results.
- Industry Insights: Keep abreast of education trends, competitors, and student demands for informed advice.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect input from students and families to improve admissions and experiences.
