Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses, and addressing inquiries accurately. Key tasks include assisting with form submissions, offering consultancy on education options, and liaising with prospective students to understand their requirements. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with clients and education partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales techniques to support prospective students in their decision-making process
- Understanding of Education systems, institutions, and courses to provide accurate and helpful guidance
- Ability to build relationships and adapt to the needs of a diverse client base
- Relevant work experience in counseling or education advisory is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is an added advantage
