Job Overview

We are hiring experienced counsellors to assist parents and students through the college/university admission process. Counsellor must have strong knowledge of admission and enrollment, as well as ability of counselling and converting leads into enrollments.

Job Responsibilities:

Guide students and parents on academic programs, admission procedures, application submission, and documentation.

Conduct student interviews to understand career goals and provide appropriate guidance.

Follow up with students to resolve their queries.

Maintain regular reports on inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

Skills Required:

Must have knowledge of Colleges/Universities programs, course offerings and complete admission procedures.

Good experience in student academic counselling is required.

Candidates from similar industry would be preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
