Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Conversion & Sales Ownership
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments through structured counseling and persuasive communication
- Take complete ownership of your sales funnel from first contact to fee payment
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets
2) Objection Handling & Negotiation
- Confidently address concerns related to fees, program value, ROI, time commitment, and eligibility
- Use strong negotiation and closing techniques to move prospects toward decision-making
3) High-Performance Environment
- Perform in a high-pressure, high-reward setup with clear KPIs
- Stay motivated, resilient, and proactive even during challenging sales cycles
- Maintain daily call targets, conversion ratios, and CRM updates
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Admissions / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or enrollment targets
- Excellent verbal communication and professional call etiquette
- Self-driven with a hunger to outperform peers and earn performance incentives
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools
