- Guide students on available CAD courses and suitable career options.
- Conduct professional counseling sessions for walk-in and telephonic inquiries.
- Achieve targeted inquiry-to-admission conversion ratio.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain follow-up

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and admissions.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on counseling performance and admissions.
- Update CRM or Excel-based trackers with real-time data.
3. Customer Experience & Professionalism
- Maintain a welcoming, informative, and professional approach to students and parents.
- Ensure each visitor experiences a smooth and informative counselling session.
- Represent the institute with integrity and a customer-first approach
4. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty, operations, and admin team to support student onboarding.
- Liaise with marketing for promotional events or campaigns.
- Collaborate with the reporting manager on strategies to increase admissions.
5. Skills Development & Knowledge Upgradation
- Stay updated on CAD software offerings and course structures.
- Attend internal training sessions on soft skills, counseling techniques, and tools.
- Enhance knowledge to counsel students better on industry trends.
