The candidate is required to Coordinate with one of the leading wellness coaches in the nation and help her manage and expand his community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation / clarity calls with prospects from live workshops and lead lists.
- Understand the prospect's goals, challenges, and aspirations and recommend the right transformation path (Diamond Club).
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture and convert warm leads.
- Maintain CRM records, track conversions, and report daily progress.
- Handle objections with empathy and confidence (financial, timing, or mindset).
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets (minimum 10-15 conversions/month).
- Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams to improve conversion funnels.
- Participate in weekly growth meetings and training on high-performance sales techniques.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly.
- Passion for personal development, coaching, or education industry.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in consultation or high-ticket sales preferred (25k1L programs).
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
Salary: 20,000 25,000/month (based on experience)+Incentives
