Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Noida. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, helping them understand course structures, and addressing inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students and parents, maintaining detailed records of interactions, organizing information sessions, and assisting in enrollment procedures. The role also involves building positive relationships with both students and parents to support their overall academic journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of educational programs, particularly ICSE and CBSE curriculum
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
• Prior experience in academic counseling or education services is a plus
• Passion for student success and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
