Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor/Academic Counsellor located in Thane. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to prospective students, explaining course offerings, assisting with the admissions process, and maintaining relationships with students and stakeholders. Additional duties include addressing inquiries, supporting students with career counseling, and achieving enrollment targets by promoting educational programs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales strategies to address inquiries and drive enrollments
• Experience in educational or training domains, preferably in IT-related fields
• Ability to build rapport with potential students and provide career guidance
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage admissions processes efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in education or counseling is an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role will be considered a strong plus

Salary : As per Industrial Standard. (Also Attractive Incentives Will Be Provided)
