Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Beawar. The Admission Counsellor will interact with prospective students and parents, provide detailed information about the school's offerings, and guide them through the admission process. Responsibilities include addressing queries, managing follow-ups, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with the team to achieve admission targets. The role involves using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a seamless and supportive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively connect with prospective students and parents
- Basic skills in Sales to engage potential clients and highlight school offerings
- Customer Service skills to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for stakeholders
- Background in Education or experience working with educational institutions
- Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
