Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students via inbound leads and outbound calls (leads provided).

Understand student needs and recommend tailored education plans.

Explain programs and services clearly and confidently.

Conduct online demos and counselling sessions.

Build strong rapport using excellent communication and listening skills.

Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

Share weekly performance updates with management.

Nurture client relationships for long-term satisfaction and referrals.

Stay updated through regular training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

1–6 years of experience in admission counselling or outbound sales (education industry preferred).

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

Confident, empathetic, and a great listener.

Goal-driven, adaptable, and accountable.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
